The Growth and Transition / Grief and Loss Workshops are currently being held at the Redemptorist Renewal Center at Picture Rocks in Tucson, Arizona. All workshops begin at 9:00am on Fridays and end at 1:30pm on Sundays.

One Day Externalization Workshop: July 21, 2012
For anyone who has previously attended a Growth and Transition Workshop, this is an opportunity to continue your growth work with Trainees, supervised by the G&T staff. A maximum of 18 participants, with 4 to 6 mats available from 9am until 7:00pm, with lunch and dinner included, will cost $95 for the day. *Through Tucson Medical Center ( TMC ) 24 Continuing Education Hours (CEUs) are often available for Registered Nurses, Certified Addiction therapists, LCSW, and Professional Counselors. Provider numbers for each program available upon request. For applicability, please inquire directly to your State Board.
The Redemptorist Renewal Center at Picture Rocks is located in northwest Tucson. As the workshop begins at 9:00 am on Fridays, it is recommended that participants coming from out of town stay at a hotel near the Tucson International Airport on Thursday night. You will not need a car during this residential weekend. Please contact Anne to register for The AZ Stagecoach, which will take you from the airport to the site on Friday morning, and bring you back to the airport by about 2:00 pm Sunday.
If you are driving to the workshop, you’ll want to take Ina Rd. west toward Wade Rd. Go left (south) on Wade to merge into Picture Rocks Rd. Look for a low wall with the address 7001 W. Picture Rocks Rd. on the left side. Follow that road, through the gate, to the office, where we will have our final registration and check-in at 9:00am.
The cost of the 2012 Tucson Growth and Transition Workshop, which includes a non-refundable $100 deposit, is $495. TMC Employees should contact Anne at 520-591-9177 for current cost information.

A few details for all of the Growth and Transition Workshops:
Please remember to send a $100 non-refundable deposit along with your application in order to reserve your place for your requested workshop. Workshops often fill early. You will receive either an email confirmation or a telephone call once your place has been secured. About a month before the workshop you have requested, you will receive a follow-up letter.

Smoking: Please know that all sleeping rooms, as well as meeting rooms, are non-smoking. We also recommend you not bring, or wear, perfumes or any strong scents, as many people have allergies.
Dress: Because we spend a great deal of time sitting, on chairs and floor cushions, at these workshops, we suggest you dress casually and comfortably. Bring your own water bottle, and a sun hat, if it is hot, for our short outside breaks.
